A grey-white marble fountain that lays within the center of the Hogwarts School Gardens. Inscribed into the marble is that Latin Phrase; 'urbes constituit aetas, hora dissolvit' which translates to 'An age cities, hour breaks'. In other words, it takes ages to built a city, but only and hour to destroy it.
